Oliver is a Chartered Insurer, economist, risk manager and a farmer. He has been with leading companies in both insurance broking and underwriting. He brings to Emerald the relevant wealth of insurance experience spanning 35 years. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Insurance Council of Zimbabwe (ICZ).

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
He is a renowned insurance practitioner with over 35 years of insurance having gained valuable experience in the Zimbabwean, Mozambican, Ugandan and Tanzanian insurance markets. A true insurance pan Africanist who has been so much influential in building synergies and collaborations in markets he operated from. He is an Associate of the South African Insurance Institute and Chartered Insurance Institute. A known insurance strategist who believes in availing seamless value-added insurance services to our customers. He is pursuing the finals stages of his MBA majoring in Marketing.
ADVOCATE MATHLENE MUJOKORO
DIRECTOR
Mathlene Mujokoro holds an LLB (Hons) degree and a Master of Science in International Relations from the University of Zimbabwe. She was registered as Legal Practitioner in 2001. She also holds a number of professional development certificates in areas covering corporate Governance, Diplomacy and protocol, Public Procurement and Commercial Law. Although she has experience in general practice, Mathlene has a special interest and vast experience in Conveyancing, Notarial Practice, and Corporate and Commercial Law and Corporate Governance matters. She has been practicing law in Zimbabwe for the past 20 years both in private and corporate world with seven years’ experience as a Company secretary.
TATENDA SHEBNA SIBANDA

She is a Banker, having had experience with a renowned Bank in Zimbabwe where she was influential in the Bank’s risk management operational strategies and rose through the rank to be an Analyst –Corporate Banking. She is a holder Bachelor of Commerce in Risk Management.
TAURAYI SAYI
DIRECTOR
A highly accomplished accounting professional with over 30 years of experience specializing in taxation. Currently a Doctorate candidate in Applied Taxation at Michigan State University (MSU), building upon a strong foundation of a Master’s in Applied Accounting from the University of Great Zimbabwe (GZU) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting (Special Honors) from the same institution. Holds esteemed certifications as a Certified Tax Accountant (ICTA), is a Member of the Institute of Corporate Governance & Accounting (formerly CIS), and is a Member of the Certified Public Accountants (Zimbabwe).
